Managing Student Sign-ups
You can review, approve, or reject student registrations for your events from the Manage Events section.
Accessing Event Registrations
- Go to Events on the top navigation bar and click Manage Events.
- Identify the event you want to manage.
- Click the Gear icon on the event card.
- Select Check Registrations.
You will be directed to a list of all student sign-ups for the selected event.
Approving or Rejecting a Student Sign-up
- Locate the student sign-up you want to manage.
- Click the Gear icon under the Actions column.
- Select Approve or Reject.
Your decision will update the student’s registration status accordingly.
Downloading the Sign-up List
To download the full list of student registrations:
- Click Download List.

This will generate a file containing all sign-up records for your reference.
