Downloading Student Journals

You can download a student’s journal for review, record-keeping, or reporting purposes.


Accessing Student Profiles

  1. Click Students on the top navigation bar.
  2. Use the Search bar to look for a specific student.
  3. Use the Filters to narrow down students by criteria such as:
    • Academic Programme
    • Level
    • And other available fields



Downloading a Student’s Journal

  1. Identify the student whose journal you wish to download.
  2. Click View Profile on the student’s card.
  3. Click Export.

The student’s journal will be downloaded for your reference.
