Managing External Event Submissions
As a form teacher, you play a key role in reviewing your students’ external event submissions before they are added to their official records.
Accessing External Event Submissions from the Portal
- Click on your profile icon on the top navigation bar.
- Select Manage External Events.
- Identify the external event entry you want to manage.
- Click the Gear icon under the Actions column.
- Click View Details to review the full submission.
- Click Approve or Reject.
Managing External Event Submissions via Email
You may also receive an email titled “External Event Pending Approval”.
- Click on the student’s name in the email.
- You will be directed to a page showing the student’s submission.
- Click View Details to review the full submission.
- Click Approve or Reject.
Important Security Notice
Do not share the link from the email.
Anyone with access to this link will be able to manage the student’s submission without logging in. This link should be treated as confidential.
Approving or rejecting a submission will update the student’s official journal and may affect their records, reporting, and achievements.
