Viewing & Writing Student Notes
Student notes allow teachers and administrators to record observations, feedback, and important information related to a student’s development.
Accessing Student Notes
- Navigate to the student’s profile page.
- Click Notes at the top right corner of the page.
Viewing Notes
You can choose how you want to view notes:
- All Notes – View notes written by yourself and other teachers/admins.
- My Notes – View only the notes you have written.
- Other Notes – View notes written by other teachers or administrators.
This helps you focus on the most relevant information when reviewing a student’s profile.
Writing a New Note
- Click New Note.

- Enter your note in the text field.
- Click Save Note.
Your notes will be saved as part of the student’s internal record and can be referenced for mentoring, tracking progress, and administrative purposes.
