Viewing & Writing Student Notes

Student notes allow teachers and administrators to record observations, feedback, and important information related to a student’s development.

Accessing Student Notes

  1. Navigate to the student’s profile page.
  2. Click Notes at the top right corner of the page.


Viewing Notes

You can choose how you want to view notes:


  • All Notes – View notes written by yourself and other teachers/admins.
  • My Notes – View only the notes you have written.
  • Other Notes – View notes written by other teachers or administrators.

This helps you focus on the most relevant information when reviewing a student’s profile.

Writing a New Note

  1. Click New Note.

  2. Enter your note in the text field.
  3. Click Save Note.

Your notes will be saved as part of the student’s internal record and can be referenced for mentoring, tracking progress, and administrative purposes.
