Creating & Managing Event Public Links
Public links allow you to share selected events externally without requiring users to log in. Follow the steps below to create and manage public links.
Creating a Public Link
- Click Events on the navigation bar.
- Select Manage Events.
- Identify the event(s) you want to create a public link for.
- Click the checkbox in the top-left corner of the event card(s) to select them.

- Click Create Public Link.

- In the pop-up, enter a name for your link.
(Optional)
- Set an expiration date to control how long the link remains active.
- Set a password if you want to restrict access.
- Click Submit to generate the public link.
Viewing and Managing Public Links
- Click Public Link List.

- Use the free-text search field to find a specific link by name.
- Locate the link you want to manage.
- Click the QR icon under the Actions column.

Available Actions for Each Public Link
From the QR menu, you can:
- Open the link directly
- Copy the link to your clipboard
- Download the QR code
- Delete the public link

Important Notes
- Anyone with access to a public link can view the associated event(s).
- Use passwords and expiration dates where appropriate, especially for sensitive or limited-access events.
- Deleting a public link will immediately revoke access.
Public links are useful for outreach, sharing with external audiences, or distributing event information quickly without requiring portal access.
